With more than 30 miles of beaches the Northumbrian Coast is spectacular. Farne Island is a fantastic day trip and a chance to see puffins and seals.

Alnwick is our closest town and is full of history. Filming location for Harry Potter and Downton Abbey, you can spend hours exploring the cobbled streets, gardens and tea rooms.

ABOUT BURRADON
The Burradon Cottages are located in Upper Coquetdale, approx 7 miles from the village of Rothbury. Based just outside the Northumberland National Park we are surrounded by stunning countryside, south facing with great views of the Simonside Hills in front of us and the Cheviots behind - a perfect location to explore Northumberland.
